Order Inspection & Cancellation Policy • We offer FREE package inspection upon delivery! You can open and inspect your order while the courier is present before accepting it. • If you decide not to receive the order after inspection, you will not be charged any shipping or cancellation fees. • Please Note: Partial acceptance is not available. The order must be accepted or refused in its entirety.

Return & Refund Policy • Once the order has been accepted and the courier has left, the purchase is considered final, and refunds or exchanges are no longer available. • Manufacturing Defects & Damaged Items: If you discover a manufacturing defect or damage during inspection while the courier is present, simply refuse the order. If a deposit was paid, it will be fully refunded within 2–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Deposit Policy & Cancellations • A deposit is required for all orders containing more than 2 items. • If you cancel your order after it has been shipped or within 2 days of paying the deposit, 50% of the deposit is non-refundable to cover processing and operational costs. • If an order is canceled (via the shipping company or directly with us) and you wish to place a new order later, full payment in advance will be required before shipping the new order.
