Shipping Provider

We currently ship all orders within Egypt using Cheetah Shipping Company.

Delivery Times

• Cairo, Giza, Alexandria: 2–4 business days
• Other governorates in Egypt: 2–6 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are fixed but vary depending on the governorate. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

• We do not provide a traditional tracking number. You can track your order status by contacting us directly on WhatsApp at 0106 1091491.

Shipping Delays or Issues

• HavenlyEg is responsible for any delays caused during shipping.
• In case of a delay, we will provide fair compensation at our discretion.
• If your order does not arrive due to issues caused by the shipping company, we will send a replacement order at no additional cost to you.
